Effective change begins in the boardroom
As interim managers, we are often engaged when a transformation is already ongoing and struggling. Often with limited information and mandate. This approach is expensive and frustrating for all parties involved. Reasons are multiple, and avoidable or at least manageable.
Our project methodology and early involvement offers a more effective alternative. We combine objective and intuitive analysis (a.o. on the foundation for the transformation) with strategic insight, a structured approach, and hands-on implementation. By integrating bottom-up engagement with top-down governance, we ensure alignment, transparency, balance, engagement, coherence …‑ and measurable impact.
In our roles as independent board member, keynote speakers, or change manager on targeted assignments, we help organizations build awareness, insight and generate momentum to achieve successful, sustainable impact.
